When it comes to breastfeeding, what you eat matters. Your body needs plenty of nutrients to produce breast milk, and your diet's quality can directly impact your milk's quality. To ensure that you provide your baby with the best possible nutrition, include a variety of nutrient-rich foods in your diet.
